This Steinway Model L Grand Piano was originally manufactured in the USA in 1964 at the Steinway & Sons factory in New York. The Model L is well known for its quality design and construction. For over eighty years, it was one of the most popular models ever manufactured by Steinway, featuring a rich, full tone and an action that is responsive and subtly refined.

The Model L measures 5’10½” in length, a size that provides the perfect balance between size and space for those looking for a baby grand for the home. Dubbed the ‘living room grand’ by Steinway, these pianos are a favorite of many accomplished pianists, and are also excellent pianos for use in institutional practice rooms and even performance venues.

We thoroughly inspected and serviced this piano before placing it on our showroom floor. The traditional satin ebony finish is in good shape and has been detailed by our shop. The pedals and all brass and metal work have been polished, and the piano comes with a matching artist bench.

We replaced the hammers with brand new high-quality Renner Bluepoint hammers, replaced the shanks and flanges, and regulated the action. The new hammers have been voiced, the piano has been tuned to concert pitch and it is ready to be delivered and set-up in your home.
